Terms and Conditions

  • In order to be eligible for entry you must follow the steps as outlined above. Failure to complete any stage of the entry instructions will void your entry.
  • A maximum of two entries per person are permitted. Anyone found to be using multiple accounts will be removed from the competition altogether and banned from any future promotions.
  • Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
  • The prize is subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that Banter in the Booth will be available on your preferred date. If you have any concerns regarding availability, please contact us to confirmĀ before entering.
  • The prize is only valid within 20 miles of our base location in Upminster, Essex. Events taking place further afield will incur travel fees.
  • This competition is valid for weddings, parties and events for adults over the age of 18 only. The booth is not suitable for children’s parties or events where there will be lots of children.
  • The prize is only available for events taking place between June 25th 2018 and December 30th 2018
  • The prize includes 2 hours of photo booth use with props and an unlimited photographs during this time
  • The winner agrees that their names and images can be shared online for promotional purposes following the event.
  • The winner must complete a booking form and contract to secure their date with us.
  • Any additional fees incurred as a result of providing the photo booth will be the responsibility of the prize winner. For example, this includes, but is not limited to, toll roads and parking charges.
  • The competition will end at midnight on June 23rd, 2018. The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the competition closing.
  • Banter in the Booth reserves the right to end the competition at any time, without notice.
